At the Glass Fox, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Therefore, all of the items listed on our site have met our stringent qualifications for quality and craftsmanship. We take great care to make certain that we include the dimensions, color and material of every item, along with descriptions of any special details. If your item(s) arrives broken or with an incorrect personalization, please notify us within 10 days so that we may send you a replacement. Since we need to file a claim with UPS within 10 days, we cannot send free replacements after this time period. As we are personalizing these items at your request, we will not honor requests for returns, exchanges or credits. If you discover that an item is flawed, please let us know immediately and a replacement will be shipped at no charge. We may wish to have the flawed item returned at our expense.
